About us
In this role, you will help define and execute the strategic agenda of SCHOTT Pharma. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, execution, and senior leadership, you will operate as an in-house consultant and trusted advisor to top management - owning high-impact initiatives from problem structuring to implementation.
Your Contribution

Own the Strategy Process: You drive SCHOTT Pharma’s end-to-end strategy cycle—structuring key questions, developing actionable roadmaps ( DTC, Operations), and ensuring decision-ready outputs for executive leadership.
Advise Senior Stakeholders: You act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders, translating complex business challenges into clear hypotheses, strategic options, and tangible recommendations.
