About the Role
You and your team will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to support a combination of fast-moving opportunities as well as large, strategic deals that require deep investment and consultative expertise. As our business expands, the role is also responsible for identifying operational efficiencies, programs that support scale as well as ways to increase pipeline growth.
In addition to customer engagement, you will be responsible:
Hiring and retaining top talent. You will assist your team in growing their careers as well as mentoring them on the execution needed in their role. Together, we will ensure the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide Workday's customers to outstanding business outcomes.
