Position Overview
Insulet Corporation, a medical device company that develops tubeless insulin pumps, seeks a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of next‑generation medical mobile applications and SDKs. The role is fast‑paced, highly visible, and has a direct impact on the lives of people living with diabetes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Scrum teams of iOS developers, including those local and remote.
- Engage in early stages of development to create, refine, and review requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate high‑level requirements into low‑level design and components.
- Set and enforce best practices for software development: unit testing, code reviews, architecture consistency, and adherence to Insulet’s design‑assurance SOPs.
