Do you want to protect Amazon's customers by securing newly acquired businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa? As a Manager of Security Engineering on the Differentiated Security Team (DST), you will lead the security integration of Amazon's acquisitions in the EMEA region — ensuring acquired business units meet Amazon's security bar from deal close through full integration.
This is a people manager role where you will build and lead a geographically distributed team of security engineers and technical program managers. Your primary focus is M&A security integration: coordinating cross-functional security workstreams, managing post-close security findings, and driving acquired environments toward Amazon's security standards within established timelines. You will operate under the direction of the Sr. Manager, SDO Security Integration.
