Reporting to the Vice President, Growth Operations, the Manager, Sales Training is responsible for building the capabilities that drive Growth performance across Compassus. This leader owns the strategy, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of Growth-specific learning and development programs, including onboarding pathways, sales training, leadership development, CareConnect adoption, and Value-Based Enterprise (VBE) education.
The role serves as the primary learning partner to Growth Operations and Growth Leadership, ensuring Growth team members have the knowledge, skills, tools, and behaviors required to effectively represent Compassus, strengthen referral partnerships, advance patient access to care, and achieve sustainable growth.
