The team
Our Outbound Sales team is growing fast and we’re looking for the right person to join our team at this pivotal time. We run a cold outbound motion, with our SDR team booking meetings in tandem with our Outbound AEs to build pipeline. Our team gets to know who our customers are, what their businesses do, and how Jobber can help them succeed - turning leads into advocates.
Everyone on this team has an incredible passion for sales, our customers, and a connection to our purpose. We celebrate, motivate, and challenge each other daily, and we want to see each other succeed through regular 1:1s focused on performance, coaching, and long-term development - which is where this role comes in.
