External Job Description  
 Manage the tendering process from initiation to submission for international transmission line EHV projects. Experience of working on Multilateral funding and International tendering experience will be preferred. Analyse tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop compliant bid strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, and legal) to gather input and ensure comprehensive techno commercial bid submissions. Develop and maintain complex tender documents, spreadsheets, and models using MS Excel. Preparation of BOQ and cost estimates in line with technical requirements. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of tenders, identifying risks and opportunities. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
