Purpose
The Manager, Safety & Security, leads the effective application of Armstrong Collective’s safety, security, and emergency preparedness programs on‑site in Kamloops and assigned operations. The role contributes to strengthening safety culture and performance through consistent application of enterprise frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices, while supporting alignment and shared learning across Canadian and US Operations.
