As such, the person must be responsible for determining an implementing the full insurance risk strategy and this will ensure the company complies with the SAM legislation. The individual will need to execute all necessary changes in business to ensure that the company complies with the new governances. Full Actuarial certification with exposure to SAM Solvency II essential.
