Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Facilitate responses & proposals from COE to Platform for new product requests from Product Planning.2. 3. Prepare budget with inputs from key stakeholders and facilitate approvals3. Prepare and signoff project plans with aggregate COEs & Project team, CDMM , SSU & Manufacturing. (From concept to production)4. Identify risks, prioritise risks , plan risk response and track them 5. Track & monitor projects as per signed off project plan. Collaborate with the team for identifying risks & critical issues. Plan , execute & track risk mitigation & mitigation actions (for critical issues) with the CFT. Ensure project milestones are met on time.6.Facilitate production related activities (Design For Assembly, Mfg. readiness) with various stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Component development team & Plant)7.
