This position is accountable for aligning and controlling the evaluation, development and execution of SEA BU Business Development projects and the Gum, Candy and Beverage (GCB) categories’ annual and strategic goals. This function will be the primary interface between the related GCB Business Unit markets and Plant Operations, Logistics, RDQ, for all matters pertaining to Innovation/NPD commercialization, technology improvements, capacity enhancement, productivity opportunities and compliance projects that are aligned with the overall business strategies.
