Manage vehicle Electrical, Electronics and software deliverables at vehicle programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and performance requirements 2.Define & Monitor Milestones by aligning all delivery heads & Project Leads3.Cost: Allocate & Monitor VES Budget to respective commodities (R&D , CDMM) 4.Resource Mapping with Ramp up / Ramp down based on work content5.Monitor overall project timelines (incl. component/system level) and escalate in case of potential foreseen risks Integrate delivery of all GPHs6.Ensuring Milestone pletion of deliverables for straight pass Gateway Clearance8.Risk identification and escalation to PD Head.9.Propose mitigation plan in consultation with necessary stakeholders10.Project communication plans Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.11.Monitor and control project scope (TCP, Quality parameters)12.Monitor platform health (Time, Cost, Performance perspective)....
