Education & Experience: B.E/ B.Tech ( 6-8 years) / Diploma (8-12 years)
Critical Skills Required: experience in MCCB / ACB, knowledge of IEC 60947-1

* Customer Complaint CRM Call Analysis : Analyse and identify factory actionable calls.
Prioritization of product / defect for factory actionable Review with CFT and initiate CA and monitor implementation.
