Job Responsibilities

• Champions service performance (complaint handling, customer experience, handling customers enquiries)
• Oversees the Day to Day Activities for DuitNow QR emails and ensuring emails are replied to customers within the turnaround time.
• Represent HLB in relationship building with community.
• Process improvement and cost down initiatives.
• Assist in testing and development activities.
• Assist end to end development effort to ensure projects are managed within timeline.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in related field.
