Functional (job responsibilities)

• To collaborate with internal (inter-department, branches, sales & digital team) & external parties to design & monitor campaigns, promotions, roadshows, tie-ups & marketing plans to achieve departmental target – specifically for DuitNow merchants.
• Define KPI metrics for each campaign, ensuring that the campaigns are executed and are within budget.
• Develop, plan and implement events, roadshow and outposts that are merchant-oriented to support key marketing campaigns – for sales operation team to execute.
• To monitor, track and drive campaigns to drive DuitNow onboarding & engagement, device merchant on boarding forums contents for sales operation team usage for training (active) & usage.
