The Branch Sales Analytics's key responsibility is to perform sales planning function which covers sales performance tracking and MIS / analytics, sales initiatives/projects conducted by Management from time to time in relation to branches in alignment to business goals and objectives

Sales & Service

• Facilitating the preparation of periodical reporting requirements to support the business growth which covers: Monthly business analysis and reporting pack.
• Facilitating the formulation and preparation of the annual budget as well as the periodical projections / forecast for Monthly meetings & HO meetings.
• Tracking of sales performance, dashboard & productivity; providing trend analysis to give value to RCMs for actions
