The role offers an exciting leadership opportunity to enhance FNHA’s enterprise performance monitoring and reporting system, produce evidence to support executive planning, and support accountability to First Nations in BC and partners.
Title: Manager, Performance & Reporting (Internal Only)
Salary: $102,397 - $120,467 - $138,538 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Alberni office, Vancouver (Hybrid working option; role will relocate to a new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil‑Waututh Nation land, Spring 2027)
