About the role
This position is responsible to design, manage, and administer the organization’s compensation, benefits, and payroll programs ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with statutory and organizational policies. The role focuses on driving reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees, while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and adherence to all legal and audit requirements.
Key responsibilities
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Review and validate monthly inputs such as new joiners, exits, variable pay, overtime, deductions, and attendance data.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable labor laws.
