Job Summary

The Partnership Manager is responsible for driving partnership strategies to maximise revenue and brand awareness across TEC's UAE portfolio, with a strong commercial mindset. This role focuses on proactive partner identification, relationship building, and strategic, revenue‑focused business development. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospect identification and negotiation to execution and performance analysis. Regular market analysis, partnership optimisation and strategic marketing initiatives are required to achieve revenue targets and amplify TEC's market presence. Additionally, you will foster strong relationships with partners and cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive upsell across all TEC products & services.
