Job Description
Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Manager - Operations – II for their Remote (Open to local candidates in the Bay Area) location. Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints.
+ Assist with the development and execution of training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
+ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
