Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position effectively leads, manages, plans, and ensures maximum operating efficiency of the transportation crews and operations staff at the San Jose location of Corovan.
The Operations Manager will work closely with management to ensure the business continues to grow with its existing services, while potentially developing new business lines. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve the business operations, enhance business efficiency and drive profitability.
Effectively plans, organizes, leads and controls their Operations Department. Plans for and organizes required human resources, physical assets, and vendors required to achieve planned objectives.
