Our logistics teams are changing the way we interact with customers around the globe every single day and solving some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry. We are looking for Manager in Bellevue, Washington to join the team.
This leader will oversee a team of Operation Engineers who act as single liaison between Operations and Engineering owning (1) Sourcing problems: Filtering signals from DSP feedback and ops listening tools to identify and prioritize engineering programs (2) Centralizing reporting: Owning consolidated operational dashboards (e.g., Pulse Dashboard) that provide a single pane of glass across SP&E programs (3) Bridging the gap: Serving as the dedicated conduit that translates operational pain points into actionable engineering requirements, eliminating the current ad hoc handoff model.
