Lead the strategic implementation and governance of AI initiatives within Operations, ensuring AI systems are risk‑tiered, controlled, and supported by robust operating procedures to protect customer outcomes and operational integrity. Embed clear first line accountability, independent challenge/QA, and lifecycle oversight (from registration to monitoring and incident management), aligned with Group AI governance standards and the GL8 expectations for governance, documentation, and supervisory readiness.
