**Job Title:** Manager of WBW

**Job Summary** **:** The Manager of WBW will hire, train, and manage departmental associates (managers and staff) to provide excellent warehouse and logistics services to Wawa stores and wholesale customers in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner.
**Principal Duties:**
+ Establish controls and direct financial activities while managing daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate throughput.
+ Develop and achieve overall standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer and associate satisfaction.
+ Ensure that all associates work in compliance with our Collective Bargaining Agreement and develop a cohesive, enriching and focused work environment.
+ Plan for the immediate future. Develop the operating budget for the coming year. Provide feedback on long-term future direction.
