Job Description

The OB/GYN Residency Program Manager serves as the administrative leader and Program Director Operational Dyad for the 24 person ACGME accredited residency program, partnering with the Program Director and GME leadership to ensure accreditation compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality training environment.
The manager is responsible for:
Program Leadership & ComplianceEnsure compliance with ACGME and institutional requirementsTranslate program goals into policies, procedures, and workflowsOversee credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements
Recruitment & OnboardingManage the residency recruitment and selection processCoordinate interviews, ranking, and candidate communicationsLead onboarding and orientation for incoming residents
