Marketing Communications Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing communications plans for Hotels, F&B outlets, and Events in collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing Communications.
• Translate campaign briefs into clear communication strategies, messaging, and content plans.
• Ensure alignment with overall IMC direction and brand positioning.
• Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and signature events.

Content & Messaging Development

• Lead the development of campaign messaging, copy direction, and content narratives.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all platforms.
• Work closely with Creatives to align messaging with visual direction.
• Review and approve communication materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
