Manager Manufacturing Maintenance

The incumbent will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies and troubleshooting procedures for mechanical systems used in OSD manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation & material handling equipment.

Key Result Areas

• Ensure mechanical reliability and availability of OSD manufacturing, including granulation (RMG/FBD), blending, compression, coating, and Encapsulation material handling systems.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on OSD equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures involving drives, gearboxes, tooling, bearings, lubrication systems, and process critical components using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to support batch operations, equipment changeovers, and line readiness in OSD manufacturing.
