Manager, Maintenance

The ideal candidate will have hands-on engineering experience, strong familiarity with maintenance strategies (TPM, RCM, CBM, Predictive), and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5–7 years of maintenance/engineering experience in manufacturing; RTA or board manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Proven leadership experience in managing multi-skilled engineering teams.

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of CNC systems, hydraulic presses, pneumatic systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial automation.

• Familiar with TPM, RCM, CBM, and Predictive Maintenance tools (vibration, thermal, ultrasonic).

• Strong understanding of ISO management systems (9001/14001/45001/50001).
