Preferred Qualifications
Technical Leadership & Team Scale: 2+ years of formal people management or team leadership experience, with proven success managing offshore technical teams (specifically including teams in India) across multiple Agile/Scrum delivery pods.
Engineering Background: Must have a strong technical foundation as a former hands-on Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or Technical Lead within the last 7 years. Pure project managers or non-technical scrum masters will not be considered.
