In this role you drive indirect channel operations for Iberia, focusing on Spain and Portugal, to ensure global ICM standards and partner performance. You work with local leadership and commercial teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, enhancing operational discipline and reducing risk. As part of the SITE Committee Iberia and the EMEA Leadership Team, you align execution across the division and drive continuous improvement. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to enable sustainable revenue growth and governance-focused execution, delivering measurable results within a strong compliance framework.
