**Waste Connections is looking for the next generation of leaders to manage locations at our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for leaders who demonstrate a desire to be part of a world-class safety culture and those with the ability to drive results through relationships. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit as we are a decentralized company in a fast-paced industry where decisions must be made quickly by local leaders. Over 12-24 months, Managers in Training will go through an extensive multi-phased training process including hands-on training in every department to prepare you for your next step in your development with our company.**
Manager in Training REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Construction Management is preferred
+ Previous Waste Industry, Transportation, or Construction experience is a plus
