Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) leader for air gateway and ramp/ground operations in terms of regulatory compliance items, investigations, weight and balance, Quality Assurance, and maintaining the integrity of the Ramp Load Verification Process. Own and develop PMV content for ramp standards. Integrate ramp operations into AIR’s ground operations manual and develop long-term AIR ramp ops strategy. Develop scalable, automation-centric business tools for integrating ramp operations, to include processes for vetting air carrier requirements and internal AIR standards.
