Qualifications
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience related to Occupational Health and Safety topics in the industrial sector, particularly in maquiladora operations.
- Risk identification and assessment, with the development of programs for their elimination and/or mitigation.
- Development and implementation of STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare) policies to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.
- Employee training and awareness through brigades and active programs involving operational staff and various response teams.
- Supervision and regulatory compliance with Federal and State entities.
- Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, maintaining a TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) log at the plant level.
- Emergency management, submitting an emergency response plan to civil protection authorities.
