Manager HSE Oil & Gas

The position provides technical leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements international standards and AD Ports Group Integrated HSE Management System requirements including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 It also supports operational excellence through effective risk management emergency preparedness business continuity planning and the promotion of a strong safety culture

• Lead the development implementation and continual improvement of HSE procedures safe work instructions standards and guidelines across Oil amp Gas operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements including Abu Dhabi HSE regulations Civil Defense requirements environmental legislation and international best practices
• Lead Process Safety Management PSM initiatives including Hazard and Operability Studies HAZOP Process Hazard Analysis PHA and Management of Change MOC processes
