Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $72,199.00 Annually
Manager, Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations Reports to:
Associate Executive Director
Status: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours weekly)
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Some additional hours/flexibility may be required from time to time.
The Manager, Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations provides leadership for employee relations, HR operations, compensation and payroll oversight, workforce compliance, and organizational people practices at Hospice Niagara. Reporting to the Associate Executive Director, this role supports the full employee lifecycle by ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant people practices across the organization.
