Manager - HLISB (Growth Segment)-1

Functional Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to accurately understand clients' risk tolerance, financial objectives, and time horizons to provide tailored recommendations.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) by generating fee-based income through the strategic sale of wealth management products.
• Stay updated on global market trends, interest rate shifts, and regulatory changes to provide proactive and timely advice to clients.
• Focus on growing the Islamic products through effective relationship management and acquisition of new-to-bank clients.
• Ensure all transactions and client interactions strictly adhere to bank policies, internal SOPs, and industry regulations (e.g., PDPA, AMLCFT, and Shariah Governance).

Managerial Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Branch to align Bumi segment growth strategies with overall bank-level targets and Shariah governance parameters.
