Job Description
- Contracts review: to review business operational contracts, especially high-value, complex projects including strategic partnerships, licensing, financing, investment, joint ventures and so on. Provide end-to-end legal support from structural design and risk assessment to final execution.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): take lead to design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the company's CLM framework to drive efficiency and ensure seamless end-to-end contract approval workflows.
- Risk Mitigation & Audit: take lead to conduct regular overall review of exiling business contracts to identify potential liabilities and loopholes. Establish early-warning mechanism and take corrective action plans.
- Compliance Framework Design: Establish, implement, and monitor the group's corporate compliance system based on business scope and regulatory requirements. Formulate comprehensive internal compliance policies.
