Job Description
Leadership:
- Leading the Critical Infrastructure operations team in overseeing all facilities management, including all disciplines involved.
- Answering customer questions from technical and operational perspectives, when needed
- Act as an internal client of the project team, revise and supervise the design and construction from an operability and compliance perspective to ensure design and facility meets the operational and client needs.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Bridging the site team with the vendor team, management team.
- Understanding the people needs fromall disciplines
Business Development:
- Act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB)to ensure that the highly critical works are being reviewed to reduce risk to client's and stakeholders
