Engineering & Maintenance Management
- Lead and manage engineering and maintenance operations across commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, marine, and offshore facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and asset lifespan.
- Ensure optimal performance of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and critical infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance planning, shutdown activities, asset integrity programs, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities under management.
