Job Description
Take charge of engineering excellence as the Manager of Engineering and Projects in Ontario, responsible for driving project success for major Canadian energy producers. Lead a skilled team while ensuring quality standards and budget compliance.
In this role, you report to the General Manager and oversee the Engineering & Projects team's operations. Collaborating with design teams in Boisbriand and Jonquiere, you will plan and organize project activities, monitor progress, and mentor team members to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute projects from design phase through installation • Structure and analyze the Mechanical Engineering team’s activities • Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations • Conduct monthly project financial reviews and KPI assessments • Act as a technical resource for clients and team members
