Responsibilities

• Optimize distribution models (direct, master, and sub‑distributors) to maximize growth and profitability
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts, including health authorities, GPOs, SSOs, and strategic customers
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit leaders to design and execute customer‑focused programs
• Develop and expand business across private clinics, ambulatory surgery centres, and wound care settings
• Lead strategic account planning, including value‑based solutions, pricing, contracts, and RFP support
