This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Detroit or Charlotte office a few days each week and some remote days.
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Data, Analytics, and AI to join our dynamic team supporting HR. This is an individual contributor role will lead the development of modern HR analytics and AI-driven workforce intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on building AI-powered analytical applications, intelligent HR agents, and scalable workforce data models that transform HR data into actionable insights.
This position will drive development of analytics and AI capabilities using enterprise HR systems such as Workday and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, leveraging Snowflake Cortex to enable generative AI, and natural language data exploration, and intelligent analytics.
