Summary You will serve as a MANAGER in the Integrated Combat Systems Department, Fleet Engagement & Engineering Division of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. You will serve as the V51 Branch Head. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The full performance level of ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Responsibilities You will serve as the V51 Branch Head by providing effective professional and technical leadership to a diverse, multi-disciplinary workforce consisting of scientists, engineers, and technicians by executing supervisory administrative functions. You will establish an effective and productive climate and culture, perform strategic planning, implement a strategic vision and oversee its execution, and execute disciplined portfolio and financial management.
