Manager Customer Success

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager Customer Success – Life Sciences to lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end management of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and life sciences shipments. In this role, you will ensure shipment integrity, temperature compliance, risk mitigation, and exceptional service delivery while overseeing real-time monitoring, exception management, and critical customer accounts from pickup through billing.
