Manager, Competency Development & Implementation

Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering is seeking a Manager for Development & Implementation. This position focuses on ownership of Functional Competency Groups, collaborating with internal and external experts to drive effective competency assessments and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10 to 15 years of experience in EPCIC settings, holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and excels in stakeholder management and project coordination.
