Process Development & Optimization• Design, develop, and implement paint application processes for new and existing products.• Optimize paint shop layouts, process flow, and work methods to improve productivity and reduce waste.• Evaluate and introduce new paint technologies, application equipment, and automation solutions.2. Equipment & Tooling Management• Specify, procure, and validate paint shop equipment such as spray booths, ovens, conveyors, and robots.• Plan preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliable operations.• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.3. Quality Assurance• Establish and monitor process parameters to maintain paint quality standards (Corrosion, UV Resistance, gloss, adhesion, finish).• Work with Quality teams to ensure compliance with OEM quality standards.4.
