Job Description
The Manager Civil will lead the civil engineering department at the PFL manufacturing site, driving the execution of new capital projects and ensuring the long-term structural integrity and reliability of both plant and township assets. This strategic leadership role aligns civil operations with organizational business goals while maintaining absolute compliance with site standards, HSE regulations, quality requirements, and corporate management directives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Civil Function Leadership & Strategy
- Lead all civil engineering activities across the manufacturing plant and residential township facilities.
- Ensure the structural integrity, long-term asset reliability, and optimal lifecycle management of all infrastructure.
