General Accountabilities
:- Manage staff engaged in the development and delivery of project services. Plan, schedule, organize and assign work to ensure that quality and accuracy of work are maintained and on schedule
- Provide advice, guidance and direction to staff in the resolution of work-related problems, as well provide clear expectations and performance measures
- Provide leadership through demonstration and response to staff requirements to achieve targets, plans, strategies and quality objectives to deliver service levels
- Make effective recommendations on human resource issues, including career counselling, hiring, discharge, discipline and resolving work performance problems
- Work with staff in other business units to communicate details of project work processes along with standard documents, templates, applications, scheduling materials and to clarify roles and accountabilities
