Delivery Management
Oversee the complete bordereaux processing lifecycle, including data ingestion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs in line with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, proactively mitigating risks and resolving delivery bottlenecks.
Client Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for underwriters and client operations teams.
Maintain regular communication to align on data requirements, reporting formats, and timelines.
Represent Xceedance professionally at client premises, fostering trust and collaborations.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and client interactions.
Ensure adherence to client-specific data handling policies and industry regulations.
