Manager - Block Head (API)

Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage end-to-end API production operations
Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, FDA/WHO guidelines
Manage, mentor, and develop production teams and shift personnel
Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
Handle audits, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and documentation
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
